All prices are in pounds sterling.
All orders will be converted from Pound sterling into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. You must remember that currency rates change all the time and even an online currency conversion rate may not be accurate for the day of your transaction.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all catalogue goods, however for hygienic reasons we regret we ae unable to refund underwear & Hosiery products.You are responsible for postage rates.
Note All goods will normally be despatched via the Royal Mail or Courier within 2 - 3 days, unless not in stock. If not in stock you will normally be informed via E Mail within 3 days. If you do not recieve email please contact Union Jack Wear by email/telephone for an update on your order.

International Orders
The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which may be charged. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. The customer should contact their local Customs office for further information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products ordered are acceptable and allowed in the country they are to be delivered to.
Note: Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement Trade/Bulk Orders can not be returned
Claims
Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honoured.
Images shall not be copied, on-loaned or otherwise disposed of and no use whatsoever shall be made of them by the Client without prior written consent of the Supplier, nor shall the image be altered or manipulated, added to, or any part deleted without the prior written consent of the supplier. |
